Not one guard hair on this alpaca and his head fleece is as soft as his blanket...believe it because its true. Throws fine fleeced cria with perfect conformation. He has grey tints to his face and his personality is superb. A dream alpaca to work with. High luster, staple and crimp to his cria. Colors range from whites to black. Super fine, excellent bone and a great producer. Unique bloodline. We are very excited by what he is doing. You will be too. From the Belen region of Peru - where they are known for thier color - Proudly co-owned with Cas-Cad-Nac Farm of Vermont. Cria are winning blues and reds in the show ring. Exceptional presence and conformation as very fine fleeces for dark colored offspring.

Gwens is a sweetheart! She came to Stone Bridge as a weanling and we've watched her grow into a beautiful young lady! Her fiber is super fine and a handspinner's dream. Her dark fawn fiber has beautiful low amplitude crimp. Her spring 2006 cria, Painted Warrior, was simply stunning, having great fiber, density, coverage and conformation. Her 2007 cria, Emeline, has beautiful fawn fiber just like her mom, but with a higher amplitude crimp and more defined bundling of fiber. Her 2008 cria, Raina, won Reserve Champion at the 2009 New England Coastal Classic. She, too, has beautiful, dense fawn fiber with beautiful crimp. Gwens appears to be able to pass on her gorgeous fawn colored fiber to all her cria! She is currently bred to CTF/FMA Wolverine.

  Awards Received
Gwens won 2nd Place at the 2003 Eastern States Exposition Alpaca Show.
