Medium Rose Grey, 801205, 1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian
1/2 ACCOYO - CAMILIO DAUGHTER Coco was one of our first animals purchased. Besides assuming the alpha female role in the herd, she has produced amazing crias. Both Clarita and our award winning herdsire, Magellan, were her crias. Coco is a medium rose-grey daughter of Pacific Crests Camilio, which means she has a dense, fine quality fleece even at the age of seven. This season she has been bred to Skyline Alpacas', Patagonia's Giovanni a multi award winning herdsire. Coco is due in mid February 2006.
PCA Accoyo El Nino
White, HA-R804965, Peruvian
Described by a prominent judge as the perfect alpaca, El Nino is the son of Peruvian Accoyo Caligula, All American Alpaca Futurity Herdsire of the Year and AOBA Get of Sire winner, and Peruvian Accoyo Sunipani, two time winner of the AOBA fleece show and Judges Choice of the AOBA fleece show. Of perfect alpaca type, El Nino is conformationally perfect, with good bone and dramatic coverage. His fleece is extraordinarily dense and lustrous with crimp and character clear to his belly. His offspring in his first year of production have been spectacular.

Clarita is our first home raised girl, and what a beauty. The daughter of El Nino, and granddaughter of Camilio, she has all the right genetics. She is a charmer and was a wonderful first cria. We didnt show Clarita her first year, as we were so new in the business, but on her way back East to be bred, the Lavans, of Chase Tavern Farms offered to show her at MAPACA, where she got 4th in a very large (14) class of yearling white females.
Clarita has produced five spectacular daughters for us and is one of our best production females on the farm. Claritas 1st cria Valencia has an awesome fleece with amazing density and brightness and a histogram at 11 months of 16.9 AFD; 3.2 SD; 18.3 CV; & 0.7 %>30u. Her sire is full Peruvian Greybeard so we are hoping for some grey cria from her! Claritas 2nd cria, Choco-latte was equally spectacular selling for $27,000 at the 2007 AOBA auction. We were so pleased with Choco-latte we rebred Clarita to Snowmass Novas Nuance for her 2007 cria, Dolce-latte, sold to Wooden Valley Alpacas in the spring of 2011. Her recent daughter, Mocha-latte just sold last fall and now her 2012 Cria, Clementine is for sale. You just go to love this gal!
Service Sire: Awards Received Nuance was shown in two Spring 2005 halter shows where we were told that he would have been at the top of his class had his fleece not been blocked in preparation for the sale where we purchased him. We sheared him and took that fleece to the 2005 AWE Fleece show where it placed FIRST.
