Light Fawn
Gold Patina
Light Fawn, 82407, 1/8 Chilean, 7/8 Peruvian
Patina is a proven female who is an easy breeder, easy birther. Her first daughter won the blue in her class at the AOBA National in 2003. Her 2003 son is a stunning maroon with several ribbons. Patina has a beautiful uniform light fawn fleece with nice fine crimp and a wonderful handle. In November 2004 she gave birth to a gorgeous light fawn son with herdsire written all over him. See our listing for Edson Tiger. This year she gave us an outstanding medium brown female.
We are trying her with Buddy this year; it seems like a great match-up.
KO's Peanut Butter
Light Fawn, 825468, 1/2 Bolivian, 1/2 Peruvian
This proven male has an excellent command presence and stature; he is an extremely DENSE light colored male with an outstanding pedigree. "PB" has very good coverage, flawless conformation and a superb disposition. He has won blue ribbons in both full fleece AND shorn classes!
"PB's" fleece is a gorgeous peachy champagne color with light fawn highlighting along his topline and through his blanket. His dense fleece has absolutely wonderful handle, very defined and uniform crimp and a good staple length. His topknot rivals his leg coverage and is extremely dense. He is a very proud, mature male and it shows. Please review PB's fiber stats as he has matured, truly very impressive.
More of PB's crias have arrived and they are gorgeous! They are big boned, correct, with fine, crimpy and dense fleece with full body and great facial coverage; Medium & light fawns, beige, white, medium brown,a dark brown/white pattern, and many more.
Edson Tiger just keeps looking better as he matures. He's been described as having lots of "curb appeal"! He has a typey head and his conformation is impeccable, with large testicles and a squared off frame. He has black eyeliner, skin, and toenails. His fleece is bright and crimpy with a long staple, and very nice stats, and it has retained it's brightness and character even as he has become a breeding male.
His ancestry includes such well known herdsires as Whiteout, Gold Rush, and Chocolateer, and combines a lot of Alianza with a touch of Accoyo and Acero Marka. He is a proven breeder and produces darker cria.
He is a dream on a lead and has a playful personality. Although Edson would be a great herdsire for anyone, I particularly think his awesome personality and ease of handling would benefit a small farm owner who is contemplating whether to purchase their first herdsire. He will pay for himself in just a few breedings!
We will be happy to provide more photos and a fleece sample.
