Medium Brown, 166837, Full Peruvian

| | | 4Peruvian Athene is a beautiful maroon, full Peruvian female. She is a proven dam, excellent mother with lots of milk, easy birther and easy breeder. She has thrown exceptional crias, including one that recently sold at a high amount in a national on-line auction.
Athene has correct conformation with sound proportions. Her fleece continues to "lock-up" even after shearing. Her beautiful maroon color has been passed to her offspring. We are hopeful for another richly colored suri cria from her current breeding to our MULTI-BLUE Ribbon winning herdsire, Peruvian Saint Jude.
Athene's crias sell quickly -- her most recent one, a maroon male sold when just 2 months of age! | |

Allegheny Peruvian Hurricane (Cane) is an exceptional, full Peruvian junior herdsire. He was born on the day that Hurricane Francis dumped 7 inches of rain on western Pennsylvania, thus providing us with his name.
Cane has TWO BLUE Ribbons to his credit at less than 9 months of age. His confirmation is excellent with even proportions, squareness and straigt legs. He has his sire's large bone density. His fleece has amazing tight pencil locks, bright luster, superb fineness, lots of density, and extraordinary coverage on his legs and top knot.
Cane's impressive attributes were on display in the show ring, where the judges praised him. In the show ring, he received many accolades from the judges including, "top quality," "well bred," "good proportions," "lovely coverage," "more density and fineness," "good bit & presence of luster," and "very well grown out."
His sire is Peruvian Saint Jude, our MULTI-BLUE Ribbon winner. His dam, Peruvian Athene is also a BLUE Ribbon winner. Cane's brother is a CHAMPION here on our farm. Since we own Cane's sire and dam, Cane will see limited use on our farm, which is why he's even available. Get Cane now and save, as his price will increase as he matures.
Awards Received - FIRST PLACE, 2005 PAOBA Breeder's Showcase, Shorn Halter Class - FIRST PLACE, 2005 PAOBA Breeder's Showcase, Fleece Class - 3rd PLACE, 2005 Kentucky Classic, Halter Class (Cane's first show, at just 6 months, 3 days old)
