| | | Bandit's an excellent young Rose Grey male whose fine, crimpy fleece forms distinct bundles. He has good coverage with crimp extending all the way to his toes! He's got a beautiful distinctive head that he's passed on to his offspring. Bandit started breeding at two years of age and his first crop of stunning crias hit the ground in 2004. Three of his offspring are greys produced by fawn females and they are winners. His son, Bisturi, was awarded first place and Reserve Color Championship at the 2005 Great Western show while PFF Bandit's Calico Rose took 4th place in her class of 13 juvenile female silver greys. A grandson of Peruvian Drambuie, we are standing him to a limited number of outside females in 2005. | |

Through the magic of genetics, we got a medium brown male out of a dark silver grey dam and a medium rose gray sire! Not exactly the grey cria we had hoped for, but a pretty nice one nevertheless. Maverick is another offspring of Bandit, our Peruvian Drambuie grandson. Although he didn't get his dad's grey coloring, he did get his signature head. Maverick's older brother, Bisturi, was recently awarded the reserve silver grey color championship at the Great Western Alpaca Show. Maverick has an abundance of fiber....a trait passed on to him by his dam. He has excellent conformation and bite plus a very pleasant personality.
