As of 6-30-06, this true black female has had 3 crias, all female! Breeze is a great mother, with lots of milk. Her crias gain almost a pound a day. Breeze's most recent cria, Bonny Beth, weighs 46 pounds at 5 weeks old.

Breeze has 2 grey full siblings, so she carries the grey gene. Bonny Beth has grey in her ears, tail, and legs, and we are waiting to make sure she too is a rose or dark silver grey. If not, she's a definite half accoyo bay black! Beth's a keeper regardless of color. She has an Express head and Express's crimpy fiber, and she is dark........

Breeze has been bred back to Superstition, our ultra-fine, crimpy herdsire. Since Superstition's father is Black Magic, we are expecting another fine black female from this pairing.

Breeze is a great foundation animal. She is a proven mother, with an abundance of milk and great mothering skills.
