Ember is a proven true black female with a very soft handling bright black fleece. Her fleece needs improvement in density & staple length so breeding her to Nexxus not only was a great choice but gave her 2009 Nexxus daughter, WGA Snowbunny by Nexxus, immense substance of bone, wide chest/withers, and Nexxus' classic head style.

Ember is Half Bolivian & half Chilean, she is a grand-daughter of both true black Bolivian Vesuvius & true black Acero Marka's Champ. Ember is an attentive mom with plenty of milk (her first crias IgG >1100, her 2nd crias IgG was > 3000, her 3rd-her only son to date-was not tested, & her 2009 Nexxus daughter's IgG was 1492). Ember gives birth easily & conceives easily. Ember has had THREE GIRLS & 1 boy. While Ember is not typey she has proven with WGA Snowbunny by Nexxus that she can produce improved quality offspring.

Ember is a very smart alpaca that is one of our herd lookouts. She is a also a good companion for younger alpacas and we've used her several times to mentor younger females.
