Pattern, 833642, 1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian

This young lady is a beauty with her unusual markings. She has a white blanket with black feet, ears and nose. Ava is friendly and outgoing and has a sweet disposition. Her father is the son of the late PPeruvian Caligula - one of the founding fathers of the North American alpaca. Caligula is immortalized by the quality he reproduced. Ava's fiber has a wonderful soft handle and is loaded with crimp.
Ava has given birth to her first cria, a baby girl who looks almost identical to her, and sired by Prestige! This little one has outstanding bloodlines; her grandsires are PPeruvian Caligula and Accoyo Royal Fawn.
Ava has proven to be a great mother and has an ample milk supply. We're so pleased with her first baby and her mothering abilities.

Lakota is our eye-catching Maroon herdsire with exceptional conformation and a large, sturdy frame. His maroon dam comes from well-known gray herdsire, and is a favorite here on the farm. He is sired by the famed CPeruvian Silvino who is known for his incredible pink-gray fiber. Lots of gray and maroon in this stud's background! His temperament is everything we look for in a herdsire: gentle and curious with a regal presence as he parades himself in front of the girls. Lakota has dense fiber with good crimp and coverage and he has a remarkable head.
