A beautiful Suri. She has perfect conformation and wonderful fiber. Priscilla has beautiful lustrous pencil locked fiber with full coverage. She is peaceful and calm. She has a way about her, intelligent and inquisitive. She is a wonderful mother who has only produced colored suri crias.
Priscilla comes from quality color genetics, and her parents and grandparents produce top award winners. Her brown dam's '06 cria won a blue at Nationals recently. Her dark maroon sire Supremo is a top stud at Wildlife Suri Ranch and produces award winning crias in many colors. Supremo's dam is the lovely white PPPeruvian Wysteria who produces color and patterned crias of exceptional quality. Wysteria has never had a solid white cria, although her '06 patterned boy has been placing first in white classes. Supremo's sire is Mister Lothario who was the first fawn Peruvian suri born in the U.S. and was a foundation herdsire of many farms, producing colored suris and champions. Priscilla carries these award winning genetics, and although never shown in halter, her fleece has placed high in shows, even above such notable bloodlines as Baron. Her offspring who have been shown also placed well. See listings for Kona and Prince.
Priscilla can produce dark color in her crias. Her first cria, Guinness, was brown from a brown sire. She then produced a bay black male, Kona, from a bay black sire. She also has a handsome fawn cria, who looks just like her, and was born on her birthday! He's got incredible luster, perfect pencil locks, and ultra fineness! (See listing for Priscilla's Prince Charming.) Priscilla will be bred to our true black herdsire Marley. We expect a dark color, but it should be a high quality cria whatever the color.
Awards Received Show quality
1st - 2006 Wild and Wooly Fleece Show (placed above an awesome white Baron son, a year younger than Priscilla) 2nd - 2006 LA Deep South - Fiber Sample (Her younger sister placed 1st) 4th - 2006 Suri Network Fleece Show (Large competitive show) Not bad for a proven dam whose only fleece shows were against younger males and females, after she'd had 3 crias! Her locks are still looking nice!
