This pretty red girl is correct and feminine in appearance, with soft fleece. An easy breeder and birther, AF Morgan is an excellent mother. Producing black and dark brown offspring so far, she is an EXCELLENT and PREDICTABLE production female who will bring color into your herd. Her bay black daughter, Mount Airy Arwen, is a blue ribbon girl. Morgan's '05 cria, VGA Special Dark, is a striking bay black with correct conformation and mountains of wonderful, fine fleece who won 2 blue ribbons at the Great Frederick Fair, one in his halter class and one in the Fleece Show! Judge Wade Geesey was very impressed with his movement, and his conformation, and he is now at stud in NY.
Morgan has a great bite and nice proportions, and is a wonderful foundation female- she should produce for many years to come, like clockwork, with a minimum of fuss! Morgan has never needed assistance with a delivery. She had a handsome TB male in 2006, with wonderful bright, crimpy, fine fleece, sired by our award-winning TB, Knight of Camelot. Morgan is bred to our new Hemi-Accoyo herdsire, Vic Jr's Accoyo Iago- what a wonderful cria this should be, with lots of fine, dense, crimpy fiber and color to boot. On September 14th she had a gorgeous dark fawn daughter- she's everything that we had hoped for! Morgan has been rebred to Iago for Fall 2008, for another gorgeous cria.
Morgan's owners are going out of business, so this is a special herd-sale price. Morgan is shy, and doesn't like strangers, so she is hard to show to prospective buyers. You won't find another proven, bred female of this quality for this low price.
