PPPeruvian Royal Fawn
Medium Fawn, R139287, Peruvian
PPPeruvian Royal Fawn is a full Accoyo male with a proven history of passing on his fine-fibered genetics. Hand selected by the late Dr. Jim Vickers, Royal Fawn is the only light fawn Accoyo ever exported from Don Julio Barreda’s herd. PPPeruvian Royal Fawn was the 1999 and 2000 "Get-of-Sire" winner at the AOBA National Show, the only back-to-back winner in alpaca history! Some would argue that no other herdsire in the country has had as much impact on the industry. Accoyo PPPeruvian Royal Fawn was sold in the fall of 2005 for the then world record sale price of $600,000!
Twelve shows, Nine Blues, Two Reds, One White and Seven Color Championships.
He’s a 1/2 Accoyo, 3/4 Peruvian, Light Silver Gray son of legendary PPPeruvian Royal Fawn and a Dam with 5 generations of Gray behind her. We've checked the ARI database and out of 360+ cria Siggy is one of only two silver grays Royal Fawn shows as producing. Grays with strong Accoyo and Peruvian backgrounds are not all that common and with his genetic base he is a force to be reckoned with both in the show ring and as a Herdsire.
He took championships in both Halter and Fleece from the juvenile class and as a yearling he continued his winning ways.
We think tomorrows blue skies are gonna have a little touch of gray in them, how about you?
