RRA Iris

Medium Brown, 814079, Full Bolivian

Iris is one of our first alpacas. She's a beautiful medium red-brown with correct conformation- Iris brought home a red ribbon from the 2000 Breeder's Choice Futurity for her breeders, Rocky Run Alpacas. Iris' pretty white markings really catch your eye.
She's a great mother with tons of milk, an easy breeder, producing healthy, sturdy, correct crias with dense, crimpy, soft fleece with a minimum of fuss! Her first cria is a fancy, RRA Kurt, serving as a herdsire at Menagerie Farms in PA. She had a beautiful MB girl for us with whorls of beautiful fleece- we named her Cinnabonne! From a black dam, Iris has produced black.

Iris had cutest B&W boy on May 24th! Sturdy and straight, this little guy is striking. Sign a contract before she is re-bred on June 14th, and you can choose the breeding. Iris sells with 3 free breedings to our award winning herdsires.

    True Black, 833858, 5/8 Chilean, 1/4 Peruvian

Knight of Camelot has perfect conformation, heavy bone, a good bite, and a wonderful, soft handle to his fine, crimpy, very lustrous, uniform black fleece. He placed 2nd in a huge class at the 2003 MAPACA Jubilee, almost claiming Reserve Champion. He has wonderful regrowth, and his coat has gotten even more dense over the last year!
Camelot's first cria is back for her first breeding- she's a beautiful maroon girl with perfect conformation densely covered with fine, crimpy fiber, she has won several ribbons including blue!
Camelot is producing sturdy, healthy crias with fine, high frequency crimp, lots of lustre, long staple length, and that special presence and carriage that does so well in the show ring. His wonderful temperament and exemplary breeding behavior make Knight of Camelot an outstanding stud who is passing on prizewinning black genetics to his progeny.

Knight of Camelot does mobile and on-farm breeding, and is completely dedicated to getting the job d

Bandit was the cutest cria I have ever seen! Bursting with good health, he was 19.4 pounds at birth, with nice straight legs, a solid true black blanket, and a perfect bite. His sire is producing solid, well-conformed offspring with fine, dense, high frequency crimp fleece, and a tremendous fiber growth rate.
We have way too many boys in our barn, and are offering Bandit for sale, since we own his sire and dam. An outgoing boy, he is a charmer. We are working on agility training him now.
