Medium Brown, 802287, 1/8 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian, 1/8 Other/Unknown
Mitzi is the larger of our two original females that we chose to start our herd. She has good conformation, an excellent bite, and has a fine fleece. At 7 years of age her fiber analysis was AFD 23.4, SD 3.8, CV 16.4, and CF 95.5%!
Mitzi is the matriarch of our herd who has given birth without any assistance to 5 girls in a row, (three brown, one fawn, and one beige)! Her first three daughters have produced SEVEN female cria as of 2006! What an amazing record for Mitzi and her daughters, 100% females, wow! Her latest cria, Spirit Song Date with Destiny, is a beautiful beige female out of AFA Royal Peruvian Artistocrat. Mitzi is an excellent mother and has great milk production.
We have mixed feelings about selling this great female, but since we are keeping two of her daughters and one of her granddaughters, we have decided to offer her for sale. We have selected MA Picasso (a med. brown half accoyo male out of a black dam and 4Peruvian White Wizzard). Mitzi'

This outstanding 1/2 Accoyo son of 3Peruvian (Accoyo) Royal Fawn (the world's highest selling alpaca at $600,000) is admired by everyone who has come to know him over the past 8.5 years. His macho presence, handsome head, large bone, excellent fiber coverage, and lovely fleece have been a trademark combination that is hard to beat. From his birth here at Avalon Farm, we knew he was special! In 1997, at his first show (and ours!), everyone that opened his fleece, including the judge, could only catch their breath and exclaim, "WOW!" His bright, crimpy, light fawn fleece was arranged in little locks that were unlike anything people had seen before. And, in 1999, when he won 1st as AOBA Fawn 2 Year
The fifth daughter of LVG Mitzi is simply beautiful! Her sire is AFA Royal Peruvian Aristocrat. From her parents, she has inherited a beautiful soft fleece with long staple length and well-defined crimp characteristics. She has good conformation and an easy-going temperament. As a juvenile and yearling she has placed in the top six at every show she attended, including the AOBA National Show.
In 2010, Destiney has a lovely female light fawn cria Spirit Song Follow Your Joy (Sold). Destiney has been a fantastic mother and has excellent milk production. Destiney has been bred to Our Peruvian Black Jag.
