Mysterial's Midnight Blue

Medium Silver Grey, 849429, 3/4 Chilean, 1/4 Peruvian

We have very high expectations for our Blue. She is descended from 2 great greys, Silverado and Yakutat. Her silver grey fiber is fine, dense, bundled with a high frequency crimp, very rarely found in a grey. Her blanket is solidly colored, no spots. Blue has very good bone and straight legs. She is exquisite! We purchased her from her co-owners, Erin McCarthy of Belleauwood Farms, and Magical Farms. Their assessment of Blue was that she was one of the best greys they have ever produced!Considering the greys that have been produced by these two farms, that's a big statement. She is definately a top tier grey female!

Blue has been bred to our award winning Shaquille son, Highlander for a Fall '06 cria. This should be a specatacular cross given the wonderful attributes of these 2 exceptional grey alpacas!

Blue's first cria is here( Sept 27, 06) and it is a gorgeous dark silver grey girl!!!!!!!!!!
We are ecstatic about this little beauty with the renowned lineage of S

  Fleecy Dale Highlander
Medium Rose Grey, 841529, 5/8 Chilean, 3/8 Peruvian

Highlander's outstanding presence was evident even as a young cria. After all, he is a Shaquille son ( Shaquille set the record for the world's highest selling grey male,$310,000)! His distinguished family tree includes Accoyo Leon, Quicksilver, & Fantasy's Gremlin. He has great bone structure, and luxuriously soft, crimpy rose grey fiber. Highlander's rose grey fleece is a true rose color, not the typical brown grey often seen. A handspinner stopped Highlander and I as we were leaving the MAPACA Jubilee, begging me for his gorgeous, crimpy, dense, soft handled fleece!

Highlander has been awarded in ALL of the highly competitive shows he has entered in the last two years including, AOBA NAtional Convention, MAPACA Jubilee, and North American. EVERY JUDGE from each of theses TOP level shows in the country, has placed Highlander in the ribbons! Highlander has what it takes to make an outstanding herdsire: fabulous fleece, strong conformation, gorgeous head, noble presence, and

IN LOVING MEMORY

We list our beloved Dresden Doll as reference and testimony for her parents and siblings. We waited 3 years for the arrival of Highlander's (our Shaquille son) first cria. We bought Highlander at only 4 months old.At 6 mos old he competed at AOBA, youngest in his class and was awarded 5th place with the judge commenting that he had the most outstanding presence in the class and he couldn't wait to see this guy mature. Dresden's Dam is our Blue from Magical and Belleau Wood Farms, who pronounced her a top tier female. Blue's histogram is a remarkable Afd 20.4, with high frequency crimp. This was Blue's first cria also, and we couldn't have been be more thrilled with the product of this highly anticipated cross.

This little girl had all the components to be a top tier female. She had silky soft, crimpy, fine fleece, a gorgeous typey head, and straight topline and solid bone structure. She had the outstanding fleece of her parents and the commanding presence of her sire,Highlander. Her color actually looked navy blue. I have never seen this color grey before. She was unique. Her markings made her additionally striking. She was solidly colored throughout her blanket, and had perfectly symmetrical markings on her face and legs. She had black triangles beneath both eyes and grey triangles down her legs. She was STRIKING!!! Both of her parents are outstanding greys, this girl, is a shining example of their exceptional genetics and phenotype.

Her distinguished family tree includes the grey genetics of, Silverado, Shaquille, The Silversmith, Quicksilver, Fantasy's Gremlin, and of course Blue and Highlander as well as the Accoyo genetics of Accoyo Leon.

IN LOVING MEMORY WE LIST OUR DRESDEN DOLL AS REFERENCE AND TESTIMONY FOR HER PARENTS.
