| | | We selected Terra based upon her show record, her fleece, and her reproductive record. Terra is fawn with several small rose spots and gray on her face and legs. We have bred Terra to Avatar - and expect a wonderful baby from these two. | | | Maximus continues to impress us. All of his cria are outstanding. Their fleeces are dense and crimpy with beautiful luster. He can be depended upon to improve on the dam every time and give you some ribbons in the process!
There aren't too many superlatives for Max! His Silas of Bolivia bloodlines make his fleece beautiful, with outstanding handle and crimp. He's very dense and so are all of his cria.
Check out the cria fleeces on the right! We love this guy and know he will produce this quality in your herd as well. Some of his cria are from this year and we do not have the histograms on them yet. Here is a list of all the histograms we do have!

At 2 years, Sorrel's micron is 21.8 ! All of his numbers went down from last year since we changed our feed. We are so proud of him!
Sorrel is outstanding! He has VERY dense fleece that is crimped to the tips. His dam has both 4PERUVIAN ACCOYO PACHACUTI and PERUVIAN KING SOLOMON as grandsires. Sorrel's sire is Gypsy's Maximus, a SILAS OF BOLIVIA son and WIKI WIKI grandson, as well as a WELCOME STRANGER great-grandson. All of this great heritage shows when you look at him. BOTH HIS PARENTS ARE MULTIPLE BLUE RIBBON WINNERS!
He has a huge and dense topknot with a beautiful face. Then you see the matchstick bundling and deep crimp. He was shorn at 8 months and had a 3 lb blanket. The annualized blanket weight is 4.29 lbs! The handle and uniformity are amazing. Put all of this together with perfect conformation and bite and you have true excellence.
On top of it all Sorrel is nice and easy to work with. He leads well and tolerates handling very well. He won a second place ribbon at the AFCNA National Fleece Show in August 2006, just behind the color champion.
