| | | Ms. Gita has produced two beautiful girls for us, and we look forward to her 2007 cria out of Grazing Hills Maximus. She is the best mom on the farm and has a compassionate nature, always looking out for other crias, moms in labor, etc. She sports a bright, crimpy fleece and passes on beautiful fiber to her offspring. | |

| | | Grazing Hills Knightly is a compact guy who is curious and gentle, yet an eager breeder. We were very pleased with his female offspring, Grazing Hills Athena, our first cria from Knightly, born in 2004. She was shown twice in 2005, taking a 6th out of 15 and a 4th out of 9, both with very stiff competition. We are keeping Athena as part of our foundation herd. We were thrilled to get a gorgeous dark silver grey female, Olivia, from Knightly in our 2005 cria crop. Olivia took a 4th place ribbon at Alpacapalooza (2006) out of 12 siver grey juveniles. She was moved to an indeterminate dark class at AWE and went on to take a first and then a championship ribbon! Knightly's offspring show off his stellar conformation (people always call him handsome and comment on his stately head) and lovely fiber character as well as his sweet disposition! | |

GIRL NUMBER THREE HAS ARRIVED!!! ANOTHER MEDIUM FAWN FROM DIOMEDES WITH ROLLING SKIN AND VERY, VERY FINE FLEECE. PHOTOS COMING SHORTLY! WE WILL INCLUDE THE CRIA IN THE CURRENT PRICE.
Guinevere delivered a gorgeous little dark brown female from Thunder Moon Casper in the fall of 2010. Savannah has fleece like a berber carpet with incredible rolling skin that extends from her neck into her body. Trying to shear the cria fleece was like driving over a very bumpy road. We can only imagine what her fleece will be as she matures. She is calm, curious and lovely like her dam.
Guinevere is a sweetheart; she is very unassuming and even has a soft hum. However, you never want to leave the gate unlatched with her around. She has been our "Houdini" girl since she was a cria. We would find her in places she shouldn't have been and wonder how she got there. Very smart with gorgeous dark brown eyes...who can resist?
Guin is not a large animal, (but we sheared 7.4 pounds of uniform brown fleece off her small-ish frame this year!)and though her crias are on the small side at birth (13-14 pounds,) they catch up very quickly. She is great mother with a super milk supply. Her first cria, Lady in Fawn, was sold to the UK and has departed the farm to be bred to Tuscan Gold. Lady is a stunning medium fawn out of Diomedes, and her first shearing fiber stats were fabulous, AFD 14.9, SD 3.3. The beautiful fleece is bright and super crimpy with a very soft handle.
Guinevere's dam has had four crias, all females...could Guin be heading down the same path? One can hope! She is currently open, but we would be happy to breed her for you should you decide to buy.
