| | | Durango is truly a one of a kind herdsire. He is, in our opinion, the finest son of Accoyo Peruvian Mr. President. We bought him on a whim from Magical Farms at the 2002 North American Alpaca Show, (where he went on to win first place). He was the densest alpaca we had EVER encountered. He was curious about us, and us about him. Well I can tell you... it was the best decision we've ever made. Not only does Durango pass along that unbelievable fleece to his offspring, but his kind & friendly personality as well. We breed him often to our females and he consistantly produces awesome results. His offspring are now showing and winning blues. If you are looking for fleece that has no equal... My Peruvian Durango will take your breeding program to the next level. How do we justify his breeding fee...his crias are THAT nice. | |

Tempest is a rich dark brown with black markings and some gray highlights. Her fleece is VERY dense and crimpy with unsurpassed luster at the skin. With perfect conformation and a "typey" Accoyo head, she is a very impressive big-boned animal, and she is passing all these traits on to her offspring! Tempest is friendly and easy going, and acts as one of our farm ambassadors to any new visitors. She actually seems to enjoy a good scratch behind her ears while she does her best to "taste test" your clothing.
