Lady Riffle is a large, sturdy female that has great confirmation, locks & luster. She is a blue ribbon winner (2 times). She is a great mom with lots of milk and is very attentive to her cria. She produced a wonderful medium fawn, male cria out of Princeton, grandson to Mahogany Prince, last year and an outstanding medium fawn & white male cria this year out of Senior Peruvian Protocol! You will see him at the shows this coming spring!
Protocol, 'The Way it Should Be' exhibits all the qualities sought in a premier full Peruvian herdsire. Rare solid, deep maroon fiber dripping with luster on locks that are consistent and tight to the skin even in a fleece of exceptional length. He has strong bone and correct conformation and the phenotype that has placed him as a color champion and International Blue Ribbon winner. His brother, Cantano, is the highest selling suri at auction. Pro's cria are awesome evidence that he is passing his outstanding qualities and color to the next generation.
Topaz has exceptionally straight conformation, small, penciled locks and a very fine hand, with loads of luster. His blanket is a beautiful champaign color, with a slight reddish color on his upper neck and head. His dam is medium brown and genes from both sides have dark colors (his dam,s sire is true black, GLL Kwanza) and his sire, Protocol, is medium brown and a brother to Cantano. Topaz has a mean fiber diameter of 18.8 micron at 5 years of age!
Topaz is proven with one cria on the ground, a beautiful female that has the same color and soft, fine handle that her sire has. We will be showing her this fall. If you are looking for the special herdsire that can pass on fineness and superior handle, Topaz Jazz would like to fill the bill!
If you need to bring fineness into your herd, Topaz will bring the genes.
