Amazing Grace of GENESIS

Dark Fawn, 1000962, Full Peruvian

What can this statuesque Full Peruvian female do for YOUR breeding program? Would you like to be seeing your crias arriving with ultra-dense fleeces in Royal Baby fineness?

AMAZING GRACE has done that for us, and she can do just that for you as well! There are bargain females, and then there are females whose value to your business is immeasurable.

AMAZING GRACE birthed Sumatra of Genesis, a TRUE BLACK son of Onyx de Mico Sept. 2008. This boy had doubled his birthweight to 40 lbs by the age of one month. Beautiful head with short muzzle, broad chest, correct bite and very dense fleece, crimpy, bright fleece. This young man has a place reserved on our herdsire row!

AMAZING GRACE can take care of herself and her own crias, meaning you can just enjoy them. Like her dam and sisters, GRACE milks heavily, with her crias gaining as much as 0.8 lb per day- WOW! These crias are sternal within a minute or two of birth and immediately struggling to their feet, nursing within

  Premier's Vidal
    Light Brown, 832639, 3/4 Peruvian

Vidal is a hunk! He has matured into a striking macho with his heavy bone, magnificent head and wonderful coverage of dense fiber. From his first halter show as a juvenile and his last show at 4 years of age, these comments have been consistent from the judges. Vidal's commanding presence along with his ease of handling have made showing him a pleasant experience. An added bonus to our farm is that Vidal has repeatedly shown that he is able to settle his females with only one breeding.

Vidal's light brown fiber is extremely dense with tight crimp from his chin to below his knees. We had our fiber sorted and graded at the time we sheared in 2006, and that person was so impressed by Vidal's uniformity of character that she sent a girl for breeding a couple weeks later.

Vidal has many cria on the ground, and has thrown a 50/50 gender ratio. The offspring have come in solid colors: black, browns, fawns and white. They have beautiful fine crimpy fiber that bundles

Meet PURE JOY, the "fleece machine"! Retirement pricing on this dense, solid gal who produces a Champion fleece in her offspring.

JOY was an extremely robust cria, on her feet and nursing successfully within 15 minutes of birth, just like her siblings. JOY comes from a predominantly female line here on our farm, a line known for competing well at the feed line and holding their weight despite heavy lactation. JOY and her sisters milk generously, putting .8-1.1 pounds per day on their crias! Our vet says: "She's a milk wagon!"

Her 2009 cria, Fidelis, was 77 lbs at 5 months of age. And handsome! Fidelis's shorn fleece won a blue ribbon and Reserve Champion at Alpacapalooza 2011. Thank you to Dr. Jenny Brundage of Ahualoa Alpacas in Hawaii for choosing him for her herdsire lineup! Check photo at right:

JOY exhibited early maturation, a trait seen throughout her family line. Like her dam, granddam and aunties, JOY bred easily and conceived on her first breeding. Even though 22 lbs, her first cria was delivered easily. JOY halters and leads well, and is easy to handle for herd health.

Everytime I'm near her in the barn, touching her fiber is just irresistible. JOY's fine, bright fiber locked up into coils and bundles almost immediately after shearing and is a delight to touch. Although white nearly everywhere, JOY displays a colored patch on her shoulder. Bred to a solid colored male, JOY should produce solid color in 50% of her crias. JOY produced a solid medium brown son in 2009.

Joy comes with a free breeding, and we would unhesitatingly recommend BSF Fernando, our fleece king! Their cria should be a knockout!

Combine JOY in a package with unrelated animals from our associate farm JRAM Alpacas, LLC, and take advantage of multiple-purchase discounts. See their alpacas here: http://www.jramalpacas.openher....
