Black Jax's outstanding show-ring performance includes 8 first place finishes as well as Color Champion at the 2001 AAA Futurity. In fleece shows his fleece has won 1st place at the 2001 AOBA National Show, and 1st place at the 2001 Estes Park Wool Festival, scoring 96 out of a possible 100 points. His offspring constantly exhibit tight penciled locks, excellent luster and coverage. They are all very upright and proud with excellent substance of bone. He has produced several black crias out of non-black dams.

Daphne has captured our hearts with her wonderful disposition and ease of handling. She's a nice female with excellent conformation, luster, coverage down to her toes, and impressive locked regrowth after each shearing. Daphne's fleece won a First Place ribbon at the 2006 Fiber to Fashion Fleece competition in Reno. Not only that, but a hand spun skein made from her fiber won a First Place ribbon and the "People's Choice Award" at the 2006 Monterey Pronk. A handspinner bought Daphne's second fleece at a show before we could continue to show it!
Daphne gave birth, easily, to her first cria, a beautiful Platinum Marquis girl. Daphne is the BEST mom. Her first cria, Platinum's Penny (see separate listing), gained a pound a day with an IgG of 2800.
