| | | Don Diego is a stunning dark red-brown, full Peruvian suri whose fine fleece has extreme high luster, and well-defined lock structure. His easy and friendly nature is consistent in the offspring of his sire, four time winner "Herd Sire of the Year" Peruvian Macgyver of Sierra Bonita. Diego has 18 crias on the ground in his first 2 years of service with several more due in 2007. 14 of them are of a rich dark color. I have five of them here at Friendly Farm that look like they came from the same cookie cutter. His 1st born Don Pablo (1st Monterey Pronk 2006, 1st PNNA Sin-Off 2006, 1st IAO 2007 and 1st AlpacaPalooza 2007), El Tapatio (Reserve Champion AlpacaMania 2006 and 1st AlpacaPalooza 2007) and Footloose (2nd 2006 AOBA Nationals - owned by AlpacaVentures, LLC), HoneyBear (1st Suri Network Fleece Show - Estes Park 2006) are doing very well in their first year of showing.
