| | | Ricoh stands out in the crowd!! He has exceptional fleece for a gray!! Outstanding character, strong crimp, and excellent density! Did I mention the soft handle!! He looks like a gray bear, he is covered head to toe!
His sire had limited offspring in the US as he resided in Canada for most of his breeding career. Benny Goodman has retained an amazingly fine fleece for a mature breeding male, average diameter 21.8, standard deviation 5.3 microns, Cv of 24.3%, and only 7.8% over 30 microns.
Ricoh has just joined us here at Thunder Bay, he is now in our amazing sting of herdsires! Come and see him for yourself! He has that amazing front pastor looks as well as all the characteristics of a great alpaca to go with them!!
Check out some of his beautiful offspring, they are show stoppers! They all have been taking ribbons!!! Paca's Phantom won blue ribbons at MAPACA Jubilee, Buckeye and Nationals in full fleece, we own Radar who will be shown in the spring!!

KAYLEE HAS THE MOST ADORABLE FURRY EARS. ADD TO THAT SOLID CONFORMATION, SOFT FLEECE AND GREAT GREY GENETICS, AND YOU'RE SITTING ON A LITTLE GOLD, OR SHOULD I SAY SILVER MINE.
Again, Kaylee has straight, solid bone structure as well as a level topline, good bite and adorable face with those furry ears and full top knot.
Her fleece exhibits a wavy crimp style with a terrific handle. Interspersed amongst the bay black fibers are silver grey ones. She gets more silver fibers with each shearing. Her neck is almost completely grey.
Kaylee blends the best of peruvian and chilean genetics. Her sire, Ricoh, is a beautiful silver grey whose bloodlines are rarely seen east of the Rockies.
Purchase Kaylee now so you can choose the grey herdsire you are going to breed her to this fall.
Kaylee is on consignment with The Criation Station. Please email me at Marceels@oberlin.net for a fiber sample or additional information.
