| | | Sydney is "all that" and more. She has incredible fleece which exhibits good crimp, luster and fineness. She has good bone and great confirmation. She is a warm and wonderful mother. She has always had excellent births with no problems and always supplies lots of milk. She also lets color thru, as you can see in her past crias. She would be a wonderful "stress free" addition to your herd.
Update: Well, she did it again, she just had another beautiful medium brown girl who is gorgeous and is already showing wonderful locks of crimp just like her father who is 3/4 accoyo! She had an easy birth, and the cria was running all over the place an hour after birth. Sydney let her fathers color right through to the cria. She makes a wonderful addition to our herd! Sydney was just bred on October 5th to Accoyo Cordero's Pirate of Peru 03 (1/2 Accoyo and Fine). We can't wait until next September to see the results!!

| | | PCA Accoyo Shangri La
Shangri Las family tree is very strong.
Shangri La is a cross between the Caligula and Shere Khan lines of Accoyo. These two lines represent the top of the Plantel herd at Estancia Accoyo and
Shangri Las father is the late West Coast Legend Accoyo Caligula, (All American Alpaca Futurity Herd sire of the Year & National AOBA Get a Sire Winner) and his mother is Accoyo Sunipani (2 time National AOBA Fleece Show Winner & National Judges Choice Award). This combination produced Shangri Las full older brother Accoyo El Nino as well. El Nino is Pacific Crest/Accoyo Americas chosen predecessor to Caligula. El Nino's breeding fees was $10,000 until recently when Greg Mecklem completely closed his farm to outside breedings. At the 2006 National AOBA Show, a donated El Nino breeding was Auctioned off for an unheard of price of $15,000.
The apple hasnt fallen far here folks. Like father like Sons. When asked, Accoyo Shangri La, how | |

Birch is everything wrapped up into one. He is 1/2 Accoyo and is a grandson of the famous Caligula and Sunipani and it shows. His fiber has high frequency crimp that won't stop and is covered with locks. He has a full face and head and his confirmation is on top. His genetics would be a great addition to any breeding program.
