Rosco was bought as a companion for our juvenile males and for weanling cria. He is a great fiber male proven by retaining a micron count of 26.9 at the age of 11 years old! He has a nice handle to his fiber and it's a wonderful dark fawn color.

Rosco is also one of the friendliest on our farm - he had his picture on the front page of the Examiner newspaper last year! He's not the most photogenic, but he knows how to get his face in the news!

Rosco has earned his keep on this farm, as well as being a great companion for all weaning cria because he is so gentle with even the most ornery personalities. Every farm needs a few geldings to keep alpacas of all ages company.
