5Peruvian Matiz

Bay Black, 800463, Full Peruvian

5Peruvian Matiz is a beautiful bay black suri with a touch of gray around her face. She captivates you with her presence, superb conformation, defined lock structure, and even temperament. She is an excellent mother with plenty of milk and has provided us with trouble-free births.

She has produced six beautiful, conformationally correct, colored suris from different herdsires. Before we owned her, she had two colored suris that were sold easily at a young age. Her first cria for us is an AOBA National Show Red Ribbon winner and is now a working herdsire. Her next cria for us is a beautiful true black multi-color female (see picture) from a breeding to a solid white male. This cria won 3 BLUE ribbons, before being one of the higher selling alpacas in the 2004 AOBA National Auction. In 2007, she produced another multiple blue ribbon winning female for us. In 2006, she produces a high qualiy brown female suri that sold quickly.

  GS Accoyo Santo Domingo
    White, 1064711, Full Peruvian

There is no question that Don Julio Barreda’s ACCOYOS have produced particularly dramatic suri alpacas! In our experience, they have been homozygous for the dominant suri gene. They portray size, solid bone, greasy luster, and regal presence. GS Accoyo Santo Domingo is no exception. He is a proud and regal alpaca with a gorgeous, deep-muzzled macho head. He shows off that greasy Accoyo luster from head to tail to toe in tightly penciled stretchy locks that fall in beautiful pearl ringlets all the way across his blanket with blinding luster. His sire is Accoyo Rising Son who is an offspring of Peruvian Miguel and has produced several show winners. He usually settles his females on the first breeding. Bring this top quality full Peruvian male with strong Accoyo genetics into your herd to pass on this dense well-locked suri phenotype for years to come.

His offsprings are just as lustrous and awesome and should be great contenders in the show rings next year!

Allegheny Peruvian Dora is a gorgeous full Peruvian, 1/2 Accoyo brown female. Her sire is full Accoyo with genetics highlighted by Accoyo Miguel. Her black dam has produced a high selling suri at the AOBA National auction, as well as multiple BLUE Ribbon winning and even CHAMPION winning crias. Dora is conformationally correct, has high luster rich brown locks, and offers strong Peruvian and Accoyo genetics. Dora would benefit any suri breeding program. Dora comes with a breeding to our 3X CHAMPION, 9X BLUE Ribbon winning herd sire, Allegheny Peruvian King Coal. King Coal is a handsome true black full Peruvian herd sire that has produced his color multiple times. We feel this combination will produce an award winning dark colored suri in 2009.

Dora is available at the Peruvian Classic Suri Spectacular Sale on October 31 at Stachowski Alpacas in Mantua, OH. Bid on LOT #22 to add her to your herd. Visit www.peruclassicsale.com or call 724-940-4045 for more information.
