IAOC Teaka

Medium Brown, 807681, 1/2 Bolivian, 1/2 Chilean

Teaka is a small, pretty female, with crimp and density to her fiber. She had plenty of milk for her cria and is a very attentive mother. She had a brown female cria that has a lot of density to her fiber. Previously, she has given birth to a dark fawn female that resembles her & also a black female.

  Shelan Kele
    Light Brown, 828844, Other/Unknown

Shelan is an extremely dense, crimp fibered male. At less than a year old he had over 6 lbs of fiber, in 2003 he had over 10 lbs and 2004 he had over 11 lbs! Shelan's cria started to arrive in the summer of 2004. We were very excited to see his first two male cria. They both are grey, with lots of dense crimp fiber. When anyone comes to the farm, Shelan is the one people notice. He stands so tall and proud. Even after shearing more than 11 pounds of fiber off of him, he is still a nice looking, macho male. Shelan is also very easy to handle with a halter. In Summer 2005, he had his first two female cria born, a little black one and a brown little girl that resembles her sire more than her dam. She has his coloring & his density to her fiber. Shelan has two more females, another brown one and a light fawn. His first black male cria was born in August 2005. All of Shelan's cria have his dense fiber, excellent conformation and nice typey alpaca head.

Brandy is a sweet light brown female with good conformation, a typey face and nice fiber. We bred Brandy to our herdsire, Moon Shadow. Moon Shadow is black with a few grey spots in his fiber and Brandy is light brown, so they will end up with a cria of color between the two of them.
