| | | Bandit's an excellent young rose grey male whose fine, crimpy fleece forms distinct bundles. He has good coverage with crimp extending all the way to his toes! He's got a beautiful distinctive head that he's passed on to his offspring. Bandit started breeding at two years of age and his first crop of stunning crias hit the ground in 2004. Three of his offspring are greys produced by fawn females and they are winners. At the Great Western Alpaca Show in Denver, his son, Bisturi, was awarded first place and Reserve Color Championship in both 2005 and 2006 while his daughter, PFF Bandit's Calico Rose, won 4th place in her class of 13 juvenile female silver greys.

Smith Barney's pedigree includes Peruvian Olympus, Peruvian Drambuie, Peruvian Felix, and Acero Marka's Wooly Bully so you know the excellent conformational and fleece qualities he exhibits simply reflect his genetics. And, he has multiple blacks and greys on both the top and bottom of his pedigree. As we expected, Smith Barney's histogram is similar to that of his dam, PFF Sofia. Her histogram at 2.5 years of age: AFD,19.5 microns; SD,3.3; CV, 16.9 and %>30 microns, 0.7. Sofia's histogram at nearly 5 years of age is still very good; AFD, 23.9; SE, 4.2; CV, 17.6 and % >30, 5.3. Smith-Barney is halter trained and ready to contribute to your herd.
