Serina is one of those Alpacas that stands out in the crowd. Every farm visitor asks about her. She's a very typey Bueno Daughter with that wonderful head. Her fleece is very fine and boy is it dense! She's has excellent conformation. She's was bred to El Nino for her 1st cria and believe it or not we were praying for a male and... she delivered SCF MintD'Or our Multi-Champ Herdsire now settling females. We can't wait to see what the "Mint" puts on the ground! She also produced ScF Mint Cassini who won a Reserve Championship and several blue ribbons and is now owned by Alpacaholic Acres.
She delivered our first ScF Chewbacca cria in Spring of 2006 and we were so impressed with Silvercloud Farm's Dooku that we repeated the breeding for 2007! | |

ScF Chewbacca is a stunning Dark Fawn male and his show record backs that up. Chewy, as he is affectionately called, is a large & handsome devil. His Dam hails from the legendary Hemingway line and his Sire is the son of Peruvian Accoyo Leon... and look what these genes have done here! His fleece truly looks more incredible each time we open it. Chewy's fleece has incredible locking staples, is extremely fine (2004 Micron of 15.4 and a Comfort Factor of 100%!!!), has incredible luster and remarkable density for a fleece this fine. He has a gorgeous, typey huacaya head, stove-pipe legs and a great presence. We was the top male we had born on our farm in 2003.

J'Nay is the 1st daughter we've had from one of our top females, Maple Brook Serina, the dam of our Champion Herdsire ScF Mint D'Or. Her 3 previous male crias have all become herdsires (Mint D'OR, Mint Cassini & Silvercloud Farm's Dooku) and have stacked up plenty of high honors. We were so impressed with 2006's cria Dooku that we repeated the breeding with our Multi-Champion Herdsire ScF Chewbacca and the result is this stunning female.
