Here is a stunning full Peruvian herd sire whose genetics stem from Santa Rosa & Kenamari. General Steel de Peru has been making his mark on our Peruvian breeding program in a big way. His sire is the well known Majestado who we co-own with a ranch in Ohio. Majestado has an amazing ability to allow the color of the dam often pass through to his offspring, while the fleece of his offspring show strong signs of his beautiful medium fawn architecture and brightness. General Steels’ dam produced two males that we use in our breeding program and has a third we would use if he was not a full brother to General Steel. Her ability to reproduce carbon copies when bred to the same male is legendary General Steel may be one of the best kept secrets on our farm. He has not only proven to pass along his beautiful rose grey coloring, but has also passed along that overall eye appeal that draws us to alpacas. His proud stance and great conformation make him an excellent selection to add to anyone’s b
