Camille is one of the leading granddams on our farm. She has given us three female and three male cria, two granddaughters, two grandsons and two great grandsons. Two offspring in her line are already multiple color champions. Camille's darkly lined eyes have popped up consistently in her offspring. She is one of the densest females we have, and one we've gotten an enormous amount of pleasure just looking at. Her second cria, Mi Alma, linebred with Microsoft, was a three-time Reserve Champion in the Futurity and IAO, and sold for $57,000 in the 2007 Parade of Champions auction. Mi Alma's daughter is a multiple fleece and halter color champion as well. In addition, Camille's cria last year, Alpha Romeo, won the blue ribbon at Denver and at the Vegas AFCNA fleece show. More recently, Camille has given us a white Marco Polo daughter and a fawn Running Late son. We'll breed her back to Running Late.

We'd like to thank Magical Farms for allowing us to partner with them on this outstanding fawn male. I remember seeing his fleece at the IAO, and again at the Futurity, in 2003. He was Color Champion in both of those shows. He has a very fine, highly crimped and bundled fleece that has similar characteristics to Marco Polo's, our white fleece king. I personally examined all eight of his offspring in June 2006 and was impressed with the consistency of fineness and crimp that Running Late is throwing. His sire Titan is one of the most highly regarded herdsires in the country, and his dam Mona consistently records a very low CV and fineness. Alongside Crescent Moon's Romeo, Running Late now gives us a first-rate breeding program in fawn, separate from our white line. We look forward to seeing what he puts on the offspring of some of our champion fawn females. Running Late will be at Hummingherd August through November. Running Late's breedings are restricted. He is not available for d

Running Hot is one of three outstanding Running Late sons born to us in 2007. Hot has the most adorable head and perfect conformation. His fleece has his sire's crimpy fleece style and the reddish tinge of his dam, who has produced a whole line of show animals, including Mi Alma, a Microsoft daughter who sold for $57,000 at the Parade of Champions auction in 2007. So Running Hot is very likely to be a hot commodity. He took second in his first show at just seven months of age, then took first and Reserve Champion at the AFCNA fleece show. He's one of the handsomest alpacas in the field and he's maturing fast.
