| | | BJ arrived becoming our first herdsire in Spring, 2005. His first cria was born in 2006. Amaya inherited her father's dense, crimpy fleece highlighted with her mother's luster. Amaya placed 6th at the Midwest Alpaca Fest in Madison. Gunnar arrived in July, 2006. He is a beautiful dark fawn with black tips and his fathers dark black "bedroom" eyes. He is extremely active and already winning hearts. Gunnar just took 6th place of nine in the Med/Dk Brown Juvenile Halter Class at the Spring Fling in Neenah. The judge remarked on his amazingly soft fleece! Both crias have very soft fleece, long staple length, excellent conformation and full fleece coverage that could only have come from their sire. The latest cria, BJ's Grey Ghost arrived on 7/9/07 and is unbelievably vigorous. He was up and nursing in 15 minutes, and as he grows the density of his fleece is truly amazing.
