| | | This little girl is 1/4 Peruvian and just adorable with fiber to match. Lily's fiber is very shiny, soft, and crimpy. When sheared her fleece had a 4 inch staple length at just 9 months. She has a very sweet and curious personality. Lily has grey and black on her sire's side and white to medium fawn on her dam's side. Lily will be bred to our herdsire Apexx in spring 2007. This cria will be 5/8 Peruvian and sure to be a ribbon winner with color! Today May 18, 08 Lily delivered her first cria from Apexx...a fawn healthy baby girl.. This baby is no included in the price for Lily.

| | | Apexx is our full Peruvian 1/2 Accoyo herdsire at Golden Acres Alpaca Ranch. This boy has some great genetics. His Grandsire is Jolimont 2 Peruvian Ivano, one of the most well-known studs in Canada. Ivano was one of only two males imported into the USA from the Quenamari region in Peru. This makes his bloodline extremely rare. Apexx is very heavily fleeced, with bundling, a buttery soft handle and a lustrous sheen to his fiber, along with an exceptionally calm personality. This is a perfect opportunity to bring new genetics to your herd from this rare bloodline. We will be happy to send pictures and samples of fleece. Please call with any questions.
