How We Started:
In 1995 we bought our tired, red, classic New England cape-style home, and in setting up our new email address established the name “BigRedAcres.” Our property is not that big - only about 3 acres - but it’s ours, and we love it! The property is open and abuts an adjacent field on one side and our neighbor’s land with a small barn on the other. The property was home to a couple of horses in the 1970’s, and Jennifer couldn’t wait to have one in the back yard. By 1997 the horse was here! Because of time constraints and a lack of accessible riding areas, in a few years we no longer had the horse.
