Looking for alpaca farm

We are considering relocating out of California. We're not picky as long as it meets a few criteria.
Nothing under 10 acres nor off grid.
We will consider Northern AZ, Reno area, New Mexico and Colorado and Oregon only. Lease or purchase okay.
Easy access to an interstate is a major plus.
