This custom made alpaca and llama hauler was designed by Andy and Cheryl Tillman. It can hold over 20 alpacas in 1-4 compartments. It is 29 1/2 feet long on the ground plus the 8 foot long Goose neck. The carpeted dressing room has many of the advantages of a living quarters without the weight or cost. There is lots of room for show supplies! The dressing room measures 8 x 6 1/2 x 4' 3", two feet longer than normal. It has two boot boxes, a clothes closet, mirror, and even a 110 Volt outlet for a hair dryer! Four window or roof vents make it possible to sleep in the gooseneck. There are two extra side doors that allow you to feed and water the animals from the side rather than going through all the compartments from the rear. The trailer has six 42 inch wide drop down windows with face guards, which turns the trailer into virtually an open air box stall. The trailer is insulated on the sides and roof. It can be towed by a 3/4 or one ton truck. The Air Ride suspension on the post of the gooseneck provides a stress free ride for both you and your animals. A fan-fold rear tack room is great for storing water, feed and cleaning supplies while on the road or can be folded out of the way for more room. A 6 x 10 foot hay rack on the roof is elevated slightly so the two rear roof vents can still be used. 235 x 85 x 16 tires are the same size as most tow vehicles, giving you extra spare tires in case of road side emergency.
