Follow Hwy 287 going North from Fort Collins,CO. Proceed North to County Road 80C, Cherokee Park Rd. Turn left on 80C and proceed for approximately 7.5 miles to County Road 82E. Turn left (the only way you can turn) & go about 4.5 miles. You will come to a cattle guard. Just across the cattle guard there will be a 3-way split of roads. Take the middle road up over the hill (you'll be to the right of a wooden log fence) and follow it down to the house. When you are on the top of the hill, you will see the large cream colored barn with green trim (and probably some Alpacas in the pasture).
