 Bluebird Alpaca Ranch (BBAR)
Our journey into the alpaca world started in 2007. We lived in the city at the time, but we decided that’s what we wanted to do. We own property in Westcliffe CO, which is where we were going to build our house and establish our ranch. Because of the Mountain Bluebird population, we named our ranch “Bluebird Alpaca Ranch”. Over the next few months, things happened with the Westcliffe location. In June, we ended up buying 40 acres in Strasburg, CO. No bluebirds, but we kept the name.
