 ALPACAS OF VISTA HERMOSA is a small farm raising only Huacaya alpacas with full Peruvian bloodlines. Many of our alpacas are of Accoyo and/or Alianza Macusani heritage. (Alianza Macusani is known for wonderfully fine fiber.) AVH has full Peruvians in a variety of colors. We feature these top Peruvian bloodlines: Bueno, Timoteo, Fabio, Blackhawk, Nic Nac, Felix, and Fandango. Visitors are always welcome to visit our farm. We are happy to help breeders just getting started. All AVH alpacas are sold with a guarantee that they can reproduce. Pregnant females come with a live birth guarantee. Terms are available for qualified buyers. Discounts are given for cash or multiple purchases. Alpacas of Vista Hermosa is located on the outskirts of Parker, CO....just spitting distance from Denver! |

WHY FULL PERUVIANS? In Peru, some farms practiced selective breeding. The results were Peruvian imports that were "top of the line" in fiber and conformation. For beginning breeders, it makes sense to build on the best foundation. For any breeder, full Peruvian studs can help improve fiber with their wonderful handle, fineness, density, crimp and full coverage.

| | Breeder Biography
AVH began in 1998 when Mike began planning for a retirement he could love. Jenny likes to spin--Mike likes to weave hand-spun alpaca. Both are active in Alpaca Breeders of the Rockies and Mike is currently ABR Treasurer. Daughter Shannon Morrill, DVM helps with vet matters and Ashlyn, 4, loves to help care for alpacas.
