Welcome to Straightfork Farm!
Proud to say we are BVD FREE!
Our farm consists of 197 acres, the majority of which is woodland, adjoining several hundred acres of Wayne National Forest in Southeast Ohio's scenic rolling hills.
Since 1999 we have been building our huacaya alpaca herd and we have beautiful alpacas from such famous names as Royal Fawn, Vengador, Camilio, Victor, Caligula, Pluro and Black Magic enjoying our creekside pastures.
We take a hands-on approach to alpacas, and do everything from toe-nail trimming to shearing. Cathy even manages to find some time to spin the incredible fiber and spin, weave and knit a few one-of-a-kind alpaca products. We invite you to stop by for a visit. We promise you will find no high-pressure sales pitches....just honest, enthusiastic "alpaca-talk".
If you are from out of the area, you're welcome to stay over in our guest house, just let us know you'd like to. |
