Our farm is located 25 miles outside of Milwaukee Wisconsin on 16 rolling wooded acres. Our home was built in the early 1900's as a hunting lodge. It stands as a large stone, post and beam building with historic significance and rustic charm. The barn and outbuildings are ideal for housing animals. We started our farm with chickens, pigmy goats and shetland sheep. Llamas soon appeared and took over our hearts. We soon realized the natural beauty of alpacas. After visiting multiple farms we ultimately purchased our first alpacas. The evolution of our farm philosophy arose from our affection for these gentle beauties. We strive to recognize outstanding genetics and emphasize conformational correctness, suri fiber quality and luster. Through careful animal selection we hope to enhance the natural beauty of these wonderful animals. We approach the management and work responsibilites as a family. We have 6 children, all who actively participate in day to day activities. The only down- side to our family farm is that we find it difficult parting with any of our animal friends! We welcome you to our farm. |
