Here at Suri Peak Alpaca Ranch (SPAR), we breed for quality whether it be white or colored suris. We do not limit ourselves to full Peruvian, Accoyo or full Bolivian. Our goal is to produce quality, award winning suris. We are achieving this end by selecting genetics from some of the best proven bloodlines - regardless of country of origin. Our herd is comprised of offspring from Torbio, Uribe, Macgyver, Acero Marka's Harry Brown, Peruvian Angel, Accoyo Jackpot, Magnifico, Gunsmoke, Bolivian Black Magic, and Fine Threads Jax. Just to name a few.
We scoured the entire country – quite literally – to select our initial herd. We hand selected quality alpacas, from some of the best farms, large and small.
In this way, we began our herd - a genetically diverse population of some of the country’s finest animals. Each generation is expected to be an improvement on the one before it. And the proof has already shown itself with the quality of our cria and their show winning results.
