 We are pleased to offer show-quality suri alpacas of color. We are dedicated to providing excellence in our breeding program and will assist new breeders in understanding the benefits of this truly unique lifestyle investment. We strive to provide quality Suri bloodlines, having acquired several herdsires, including the champion-producing true-black herdsire Inspiration of Bolivia. Although a small farm, we can help you locate the right animal for you if we don't have exactly what you are looking for. We look forward to sharing with you our goals and objectives and helping you to meet yours. |

We lived in the Denver, CO area most of our lives. Dick was in sales and Sandi was a CPA. In the fall of 2002 we moved to Nebraska, as Dick wanted to retire from direct sales. After deciding we had too much time on our hands, we started looking at a number of businesses for small acreages. We saw an ad on t.v. about alpacas. The rest is history! Our first three female suris, one black, one dark brown and one medium fawn, inspired us to raise "Suris of Color" at Alpaca Ridge, LLC. We are dedicated to offering quality suris. We have continued to expand our herd and have added several quality herdsires to help us achieve excellent, reasonably-priced animals.
