Beech Springs Alpacas is a medium sized farm in the northeast corner of North Carolina. It is a one woman operation, owned and managed by Kate Brown. The farm has grown from it's first starter package of 6 in 2003 to it's current size of closer to 40 animals in 2009.
I have been in the health care industry for over thirty years, and am now attempting a lifestyle change for the better. I have excellent quality huacayas from outstanding bloodlines to include Caligula, Casanova II, Silverado's Black Jack, Peruvian Glacial Storm, 4Peruvian Pachacuti, CPeruvian Silvio, Snowmass Nova, and, most recently, Premier's Absolute. My overall plan is to primarily breed for a solid medium to dark colored, dense and finely fleeced alpaca..one with good health, conformation and temperament. My goal for 2006-2007 was to diversify, expand and improve on my herdsire lineup. Check out my boys....you will realise that, so far, this goal on track as we near mid 2009. Agistment services are available.
Call and schedule a visit...a trip just to learn more about the animals, say hello, or just to get a break on your way to a beach vacation @ the Outer Banks.
I plan to be able to tend to the alpacas myself, while maintaining an environment of low stress, good health and quality breeding techniques. It is just perfect to be able to see them all from my kitchen and deck!
Low stress, herd health and customer support...all of prime importance...and all available. I also am marketing successfully with other alpaca farms in our Carolina East Alpacas group. Call for more information! I have a variety of animals available for sale, some for trade, and even an option for leasing. |
