It's time for us to cut down the size of our herd. Delmar just turned 65 years old, and my sister who helps us will soon be 70 years old. So we need to cut down our work load, and have more time to smell the roses. We have decided to sell some of our younger animals, and keep most of our foundation herd since they are reaching their older years in life.
We breed for fineness and correct conformation. Our young stock are absolutely amazing, and we have put years of knowledge into their breedings.
If you are looking to improve your herd, or just are thinking about getting into the business - you need to look at what we have for sale. Our prices are reasonable for amazing stock. We specialize in full-Peruvians keeping track of all the bloodlines in our herd, and what lines are producing the best fiber qualitities (brightness, uniformity, lock structure, crimp, fineness, density, and coverage). We put our emphasis on fineness and staple length since the fineness is most sought after, and you get a better price for the fineness. Breeding also for density but never sacraficing fineness.
Conformation is very important to the overall health of the herd, and we strive to maintain that as well.
It is a wonderful emotional ride to see what your choices produce - each cria is a special criation and a gift to us as breeders.
We are a BVD free farm and strive to keep the herd safe and healthy. Every animal comes with full-farm guarantees which are covered in our contracts.

We have been in the livestock business our whole lives, and have an abundance of knowledge to share. We started in the alpaca business in 1998 with three pregnant females and one very young male. We provide all services and guarantees. Alpacas are our business, and we are dedicated to their success, and our customers'.
