 Morning Glory Alpacas is small, but growing family run farm located in Vale NC, North West of Charlotte NC. Just 20 – 25 miles from two Interstate highways, I40 and I85.
Our mission is to continually improve the quality of our herd and the North American herd through selective breeding, and to provide you with a service you can depend on.
We consider quality to be proper conformation, soft, fine, dense fiber with pronounced crimp and an animal who is approachable with a gentle demeanor.
Whether you are new to alpacas or an established breeder, we want to be the partner who will help make your dreams come true. When you purchase from us, we promise to continue to help you be successful in your farm operation for as long as you need us.
We saw the adds on TV and had to go see these wonderful animals.
After a number of farm visits and reading everything we could find, we decided to invest in a few animals and were immediately "captivated" not only by their ease of maintenance but also by the joy and entertainment they provide to us. The daily upkeep of these animals is something to look forward to rather than to dread.
We will be adding to our herd in order to reach a size of 20-25 breading females over the coming years. We want to be able to tend to them ourselves while maintaining an environment of low stress, good health and quality breeding techniques.
