Welcome to Misty Meadows Wool Farm, where alpaca kisses are always FREE!! We are home to 19 wonderful huacaya alpacas located along the shoreline of southern Delaware. We started raising alpacas in 2000 and have been enjoying the alpaca lifestyle ever since. Raising alpacas has been a truly been a joy!!

Our foundation herd is a wonderful mixture of Chilean and Peruvian bloodlines. We use only select herdsires and dams in our breeding program. We strive to produce healthy alpacas with excellent conformation, incredible fiber, and great temperments. Many of our show alpacas and their fiber have placed fourth and better in many of the major shows. Watch for our crias this fall in the showring!!

Being a smaller farm we are able to provide all the daily hands on care at our farm including breeding, birthing, worming and injections, toe-nail trimming, training, shearing and most anything else that may arise. All of our alpacas are halter trained as crias, and enjoy back rubs and are very friendly.
