 Wow! What a winter this has been so far! We have been busy moving our farm from Idaho to northeastern Oregon. We have always planned to get back to this area and are excited to finally get here.
We would love to have you come visit our farm at our new location. We always welcome visitors!
If you are thinking about getting in the alpaca business, now is the time! Alpaca prices are low and many great quality animals are available for sale. We have some wonderful females for sale (at greatly reduced prices) and also offer a lease program that would be great to get your herd started.
Our farm specializes in producing quality animals that produce wonderful luxurious fiber for many uses. We have quality animals at low prices because not all quality alpacas are meant for the show ring. Eventhough we do have show quality animals, some are just wonderful fiber producers. By sorting our fiber each year at shearing time, we are able to use much more of our fiber than just the blanket. We would love to share this with you, so give us a call to stop by!

I always wanted to get back into raising livestock like I did in high school. I planned to get back into raising sheep, until I heard about alpacas, an animal with fiber superior to wool and I could actually make a living raising them. I also was excited about getting to show them as I had my sheep in 4-H. Jeff wasn't raised on a farm but he loves having some land and being able to enjoy the peace and quiet as we watch our daughters grow and play alongside alpaca cria.
I first noticed alpacas from the ad I saw on TV. After doing many months of research on alpacas, marketing, and their fiber, I purchased a bred female and a weanling female. The female was bred to Dom Lucilio and we had a nice bay black male from the breeding. After moving back to Idaho we acquired more animals. We also started a small store to share alpaca products with others. Besides raising alpacas for show and breeding stock, we would like to educate the public more about these wonderful animals that produce such luxurious fiber. |
