While visiting my cousin's farm in the fall of 2002, we were introduced to her alpacas for the first time. It was love at first sight! But the clincher was when she invited us to feel their fleece. We then started researching Alpacas, visiting farms and started to take every seminar we could squeeze into our schedule.
In the spring of 2004 we visited a farm that had a rose grey female with a cria at her side & a true black pregnant female for sale. Yes, we bought them. Because we didn't own a farm yet we started agisting our new family of Alpacas. Five days later we had a new cria, now we were 4, 2 females and 2 male crias. We bought our first alpacas in June and our first cria was born in June, so Alpacas of Gemini Farm was born.

Our Goal is to breed for healthy, grey & black alpacas, with good conformation, a very mild temperament, and improving quality with each generation. We will always be there to help and mentor as best we can. If we don't know the answer to a question we will try to find the answer for you. Those who purchase from us can feel confident that we will treat them as we ourselves would want to be treated.
We are members of AOBA, ARI,& MAPACA.
