 Sand Creek Criations alpaca farm began in mid 2006 when we bought 36 acres of land on the Colorado plains just east of Denver. We have always loved animals and had raised several different types, then we met our first alpacas in 2005 while we were living in Phoenix and fell in love. Knowing that Phoenix was not the ideal place to raise alpacas we began to form a plan. We felt the best place for both us and the alpacas was Colorado, so here we are.
We have spent the last year and a half moving...building a barn...fencing...and buying our first animals.
Sand Creek Criations maintains a small herd containing genetics from Royal Fawn, Accoyo Express, Bueno, Othello, Leon, Augusto, Caligula, Grandmaster, Hemingway, and Inca Legend, just to name a few and are always looking to add new and exciting bloodlines to our herd.
Our focus from the begining has been quality fiber and conformation in all colors.
In addition we provide stud services, new breeder support and farm guarentees.
