 Chris and Bill raised their family in Gaithersburg, MD and are now looking forward to exchanging their metropolitan lifestyle for the rural farm life afforded by their alpaca dream. We have just purchased our Kentucky farm and hope to move our herd currently being kept with Patti Anderson and LuAnn Lumsden before Christmas of 2008. Our extraordinary Real Estate agent is Kevin Wright from Wright Choice of Kentucky Real Estate and Auction at www.wrightchoiceofky.com. We have 44 acres in Fredonia, Kentucky, to build our alpaca farm/enterprise. Chris and sons, John and Bryan, will move to Kentucky August 1st, 2008 to setup fencing, feeders and waterers. Bill will join us when he retires in March 2010. Patti and LuAnn have given us a wonderful start with a strong FULL Peruvian foundation herd. |

We just purchased a young junior hersire, WRSR SpotLuck, and will post his listing as soon as the pictures are ready. He is a beautiful light silver grey with brown spots with dark rose grey (from Magnifico) and true black (Black Chip and Black Mail) in his background. With his appaloosa bloodlines, straight conformation and his to-die-for lustre and tight locking, he is bound to be an outstanding herdsire. See him at the Maryland Alpaca Celebration in November 2008 along with our newest baby Encantador's Chesapeake Sparrow. |

| | Breeder Biography
Chris Kass spent many days on her grandfather McCandless' dairy farm in SlipperyRock, PA. She moved to Gaithersburg, MD after college where she worked for 20 years as a systems analyst. She retired in 2005 after a ruptured brain aneurysm changed her life at 43. She has worked as a horse trainer (1 yr) at Gil Porter Cutting Horses, Inc. in Sandy Spring, MD and that rekindled her love of farm life.
